You bet! The “Pieces of Flare” are really what make the photo booth the talk of the party. Your guests’ imaginations will run wild with all the “Flare” in our prop box, included free for every event. We don’t stop at boas and over-sized sunglasses. We offer dozens of options that will intrigue anyone. We have so many “Pieces of Flare” that you and your guests will probably have a hard time deciding what to choose.
What is included?
Set-up and tear-down of the photo booth, friendly photo booth attendants, unlimited prints, fun prop box, two printed 2×6 photo strips per session, personalized photo strip graphic, and an online photo gallery are included in all of the photo booth packages.
How easy is it to use the photo booth?
Very easy! The booth does all the work for you. Guests will simply step inside and press the button on the screen to begin. After selecting B&W or Color, the photo booth will take 4 different photos, and then print the photo strips in seconds. Our friendly photo booth attendants will be there to assist if there are any issues.
When should I reserve my Flare Photo Booth?
The sooner the better since everything is first come first serve. Guests usually book months in advance, but as long as we have availability, we can accommodate any event with as little as a few days notice.
Is there a deposit required to reserve an event date?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the date you desire. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Can I customize the logo and text on the photo strips?
Yup! Your wish is our command! We will put together a few options for you to choose from. The customized graphic with your event details adds a special touch to the photo strip mementos and ensures your guests will always remember how much fun they had at your special event!
As the host, will I get a copy of all of the pictures?
A DVD with all high-resolution photos is included in the Deluxe package or can be added to any package for just $25. Additionally, all pictures will be uploaded to our password protected online photo gallery the day after your event.
Will my guests be able to see all of the pictures from the event?
Yes, all pictures will be uploaded to our password protected online photo gallery the day after your event. From the gallery you can view, download, purchase additional prints, and more.
Does it take long for the photo strips to print?
Nope, photo strips print instantly. The professional grade printer prints two 2×6 strips in 15 seconds with NO chemicals to dry or smear.
Is there a maximum number of prints allowed at each event?
No. There is no limit to the number of photos, so take as many as you’d like! More pictures=more fun!
Is there a minimum length of time I need to reserve a booth for?
Yes, a minimum of 3 hours is required to rent the photo booth. Flare Photo Booth has a photo booth package that will meet your needs.
How long should the photo booth be open at my event?
A good rule of thumb is to have one hour per 100 guests. It’s better to err on the longer side to ensure all guests have enough time to get to the booth a few times. From start to finish, each session lasts about a minute.
Will my guests get B&W or Color photos?
Each session is unique! Guests have the option of B&W or Color once inside the photo booth.
Will someone be there to help with the scrapbook?
Yes! Our hosts will help create a beautiful scrapbook. We will also provide all necessary supplies to make the scrapbook.
How big is the photo booth, and how many people can it hold at a time?
Our photo booth is 72 inches tall x 36 inches wide x 70 inches in length. The photo booth can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time.
What can I do to make the photo keepsakes even more special?
Photo booth photo strips are a unique party favor that your guests will enjoy more than a personalized knick-knack. You have the option of adding photo sleeves or frames that perfectly fit the 2×6 strips and provide some protection for the photo party favors. They also serve as a reminder to visit the photo booth and can even double as place cards. Photo sleeves for each guest are included in the Deluxe package or can be added to any package you choose.
Can you travel outside of the Chicagoland area??
We can travel outside of the Chicagoland area, but there is an additional transportation fee for events outside a 40 mile radius of the city of Chicago. Contact us to see if your location is within our radius.
If my event is outside, can I still have Flare Photo Booth there?
We’d love to add some “Flare” to your outdoor event. But first, we must ensure the technical equipment will be safe and secure. Outdoor events must provide a flat surface, a power outlet and ideally a covered area in case of rain.
